Jóhann has been specializing in pay equity and compensation structures since 2021, helping organizations achieve fair and transparent reward systems. His expertise covers: Equal Pay Certification processes, salary structure development, compensation benchmarking, and policy development for pay transparency compliance. Jóhann's background makes him a focused Compensation Specialist with strength in pay equity analysis and compensation structure design, as well as supporting organizations through EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements.

At Attentus (HR consulting), Jóhann worked with clients on achieving Equal Pay Certification and developed effective compensation structures. His role included growing compensation-related consultancy within the firm. He also served as HR manager for companies across different sectors, providing comprehensive HR support and expertise.

Jóhann has also worked at Pay Analytics as a Client Success Manager, gaining additional insight into maximizing the impact of compensation analysis software, client onboarding processes and the various requirements of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
