Invite Team Members

Accessing the Management Page

  1. Log in to the platform with your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Manage Members section:
    • Locate and click the Manage Members button in your dashboard or settings menu.

Inviting Colleagues

On the Manage Members page:

  1. Select the Invite Members option.
  2. Enter the email addresses of the colleagues you want to invite.
    • You can add multiple email addresses at once if supported.
  3. Assign appropriate roles or access permissions (if applicable).
  4. Click Send Invitations.

Monitoring Invitations

  • View a list of all pending invitations on the Manage Members page.
  • Resend or revoke invitations as needed by selecting the appropriate option next to each invitation.

Future updates: Fine-Grained Access Controls

We’re actively working on enabling fine-grained access controls to give organizations even greater flexibility. Once available, this feature will allow you to:

  • Assign specific permissions to team members tailored to their roles and responsibilities.
  • Control access to sensitive data and functionality with precision.
