Additionally, we offer employee representation and mediation services related to compensation.
Founded in December 2024, our consultancy unites three senior HR professionals, each with around 20 years of experience across both corporate and consultancy roles. We’ve worked with multinational corporations and SMEs, covering a wide range of HR domains – from HR operations, compensation and benefits, and performance management to organizational development and leadership development. This breadth gives us a well-rounded, practical perspective that we bring to every project.
