Adam is a global rewards and compensation leader with extensive experience in reward design, job evaluation and pay equity across international organisations.
In his most recent role as a Senior Global Manager within a global Rewards Centre of Excellence, he worked closely with regional teams across Asia, EMEA and the Americas to govern compensation frameworks, including pay structures, job evaluation and pay equity monitoring.
He developed reward strategies and decision materials for senior leadership and Remuneration Committees, covering budget planning, salary review scenarios, incentive governance and ongoing pay equity oversight. Alongside his strategic work, Adam also brings hands-on experience in the operational management of Compensation & Benefits processes, supporting salary review cycles, incentive and benefits administration and pay equity monitoring for large employee populations.
He has built his career across organisations such as Dyson, Capgemini and AON, combining strong analytical depth with a pragmatic, business-focused approach to rewards.
Alongside his corporate work, he hosts the Transparentni podcast on pay transparency, which he has been running since 2024, and lectures in postgraduate programmes in Compensation & Benefits and Human Resource Management. He works fluently in Polish and English.
