About

Luis is an enterprise SaaS sales leader with more than 15 years of experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder software solutions across the Nordics, UK and Southern Europe.

In his most recent role as Account Executive for the Nordics at EQS Group, he owned full-cycle enterprise sales for a leading governance, risk and compliance platform, selling modular solutions spanning whistleblowing, policy management, third-party due diligence and data privacy. That work placed him at the centre of the same conversations pay transparency now demands - engaging buying committees across Legal, Compliance, HR, IT and executive leadership, and helping organisations turn regulatory obligation into structured, defensible practice.

He has signed first-in-market enterprise deals, grown regional revenue from the ground up, and mentored fellow sellers along the way, working comfortably with everyone from individual stakeholders to the C-suite.

He has built his career across organisations such as EQS Group, Goodwings, Alida, Brandwatch, Gainsight and GlobalEnglish (Pearson PLC), combining commercial discipline with a genuinely consultative, customer-focused approach to enterprise sales.

Luis works fluently in English and Spanish, with advanced French.
