About

Magda is an experienced specialist in the field of compensation management and the implementation of analytical HR solutions, bringing in over 15 years of experience both in consulting and in business environments. She has worked in international and multidisciplinary teams, supporting organizations in designing and implementing modern compensation policies, as well as collaborating closely with technology teams on the development of applications. She has also run her own advisory practice.

In her work, she focuses on the practical implementation of solutions that address the growing demands of the market and regulatory landscape. In the solutions she develops, she integrates strategic and business perspectives with a strong emphasis on clarity, integrity of information, and intuitive user experience. Her expertise includes areas such as pay transparency, job evaluation, job architecture, performance management, compensation reviews, and more. Prior to joining Pay Gap, she worked, among others, at HSBC, Mercer and the Carlsberg Group, and most recently as a Compensation Systems Advisor at the Polish Aviation Group, a strategic integrator of aviation sector entities, aimed at building a leading aviation group in Central and Eastern Europe.

She is also a co-author of books on compensation topics, a lecturer in the postgraduate Compensation & Benefits program at Lazarski University, and a member of the certification board for the Compensation & Benefits Professional (CBP) program at the same institution. She delivers training sessions and webinars on broadly defined compensation management.
