Morten Langer

After spending a few years in the Danish Army, Morten went to university and graduated as a lawyer from the university in Copenhagen in 1990. He immediately joined the legal industry and has worked there ever since. Already in 1990, he started specializing in labor- and employment law and he has kept that focus ever since. He was a partner in a specialized employment law firm from 2001 to 2019, and he was heading the employment law team of one of Denmark's largest transaction law firms from 2019 till the end of 2024, where he - in order to be able to focus also on other adventures - stepped down from the partner position to be a Senior Expert Counsel in the same firm.

Morten is widely recognized as one of the leading figures in the HR-legal industry inDenmark and he is extremely well connected both in Denmark and abroad.

Morten is mentioned as "Senior States people" in Chambers, where he has been ranked for 19 years, and as a "Leading partner" in Legal 500.

More important to Morten is, that he during his many years in the business has gained and maintained the trust and confidence of numerous clients and businesses – especially managers and HR-professionals – many of whom he has been working with for decades.

Morten is a trained and skilled lawyer, but he sees the law as only one of many tools in his work and he is equally interested and experienced in other aspects ofHR-work, such as management, negotiation and communication. Morten is a peoples person and very focused on results and relations.
